1. What products do you offer?

2. Are your products original?
Yes. All our products are authentic, quality-tested, and sourced from verified international suppliers. We ensure each product meets our standards for durability, compatibility, and performance.
3. How long does delivery take?
Our estimated delivery time is 18–20 business days, starting from the day your order is processed.
This includes processing, internal transit, customs clearance, and domestic shipping.
Please note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and customs clearance.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details. You can use the provided tracking link to monitor the progress of your shipment until it reaches your doorstep.
5. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
All orders must be prepaid using our secure payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned product.
8. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may initiate a return after receiving your item.
9. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@uniqship.com with your order number and clear photos. Our support team will help resolve the issue promptly.
