Why the Local Return Address?
All products are sourced from our international fulfillment partners (China). We use our registered Indian business address to efficiently consolidate and inspect all customer returns. Once inspected and approved, the items are shipped in bulk back to our international suppliers. This process ensures accurate inspection and speeds up your refund.
Refund Policy
Refund Approval & Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected within 3 business days at our facility. We will then notify you of the approval status via email.
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the approval notification.
Please be aware that your bank or credit card provider may require an additional 5–10 business days to post the refund to your account.
Exchange Policy
