We offer a 30-Day Return Window for all eligible products.
Return Period: You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return request.
Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
In the original packaging with all original tags, labels, and accessories intact.
Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
We strive to make the return process simple and quick:
Step 1: Contact Customer Support
Email: Send an email to care@uniqship.com with the subject line: "Return Request - [Your Order Number]".
Required Information: Include your Order Number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. For damaged or defective items, please attach clear photographs of the product and the packaging.
Step 2: Return Authorization & Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and schedule a free reverse pick-up from your delivery address within 2-4 business days.
Step 3: Package the Item
Securely pack the item in its original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging) along with the original proof of purchase. Write the RAN clearly on the outer box.
Step 4: Inspection & Confirmation
Once the returned item is received at our facility, it will undergo a quality check within 2 business days. We will then send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Our policy on return shipping costs is as follows:

Note: If the return is due to a reason other than our error, the actual return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund amount.
If your return is approved after inspection, we will process your refund:
Refund Method: The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Processing Time: The refund process is initiated within 2 business days of the item passing our quality check.
Credit Time: The final credit will reflect in your account according to your bank/payment processor's policies:
Credit/Debit Card: Usually 5-7 business days.
Net Banking/UPI: Usually 3-5 business days.
COD (Cash on Delivery): We will request your bank account details and initiate a NEFT transfer, which typically takes 3-5 business days to reflect.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are generally excluded from our return policy unless they are delivered in a damaged or defective condition:
Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, face masks, innerwear, socks).
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
Gift cards.
Products clearly marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour (where applicable), please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the correct item.
Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they are shipped. Please contact our support team immediately.
After Shipment: Once the order has been dispatched, it falls under our standard 30-Day Return Policy (Section 1).
