2. Return Shipping Costs

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Return shipping will be free of charge.

  • Uniqbuy will cover all associated return shipping costs after verification.

Change of Mind

If you wish to return an item due to change of mind, incorrect size, color, or model:

  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

3. How to Return

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at care@uniqship.com within 30 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and the reason for the return request.

Step 2: Repack the Item

Securely pack the item in its original packaging along with all accessories, tags, and documents.

Step 3: Ship the Return

Follow the instructions provided in the return authorization email.
Use the recommended courier partner or a reliable shipping service with tracking.

4. Return Authorization & Address

To ensure secure and accurate processing, all returns must be authorized before shipping.

Uniqbuy does not publish a public return address.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, the official return address and detailed instructions will be shared via email.

  • Do not send items without receiving return confirmation and authorization.

  • Returns sent without prior approval or to an unapproved address may be refused, delayed, or returned to the sender.

  • Refunds may not be processed for unauthorized returns.

5. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected to verify eligibility.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection.
