1. Delivery Area

We currently offer shipping services exclusively within India. We do not ship to international destinations.

2. Order Processing (Handling Time)

This is the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment.

  • Handling Time: 1-2 Business Days

  • Business Days: Monday to Saturday, excluding national and public holidays.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM IST on a business day are processed starting the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will begin processing on the next business day.

Example: If you place an order on Monday at 3:00 PM IST, your order will be shipped out by Wednesday evening.

3. Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We offer a single, transparent shipping method for all orders across India.

  • Shipping Method: Standard Shipping

  • Shipping Cost: FREE on all orders.

  • Transit Time: 5-7 Business Days (After the order has been processed and shipped).

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time (Handling + Transit): 6-9 Business Days from the date the order is placed.

Please note that delivery to remote locations may occasionally extend beyond the estimated timeframe.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email and/or SMS.

  • This notification will include a tracking number and a link to the courier's website, allowing you to monitor the status of your package throughout its journey.
