Courier & Tracking Information
Trusted Shipping Partners: We ship through reliable global carriers such as 4PX, Yanwen, China Post, and FedEx. Once the package clears Indian customs, it is typically handed over to local partners like India Post or equivalent local couriers for final delivery.

Tracking Updates: Tracking may take up to 24–72 hours to display live updates after dispatch, as the package must be scanned by the initial international carrier.

Delivery Delays & Issues
Delivery Delays:
While we strive for timely delivery, certain circumstances may cause unavoidable delays, such as:

Lost or Damaged Orders:

Damaged Orders: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging.

Lost or Missing Packages: If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 business days past the estimated delivery window, or tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please reach out to us immediately. We will launch an investigation with the courier and provide a resolution (replacement or refund) based on the outcome.
