Please note that we currently only ship across India. We do not support international shipping at this time.

1. Shipping Timelines & Cutoff Times

We work hard to ensure your products leave our facility as quickly as possible. To know exactly when your order will arrive, please refer to our operational window:

• Daily Order Cutoff Time: 10:00 AM (IST). Orders placed before 10:00 AM IST will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
• Order Handling & Processing Time: Same Day. We pack, verify, and hand over your order to our shipping partners on the same business day it is successfully processed.
• Transit / Delivery Time: 5 to 7 Business Days. Once dispatched, package transit typically takes between 5 and 7 operational days, depending on your location within India.

2. Fixed Shipping Fees & COD Availability

We keep our shipping fees completely straightforward with no hidden charges at checkout. We accept both online prepaid payments and Cash on Delivery (COD).

• Flat Shipping Rate: ₹50 INR per order. This fixed rate applies uniformly to all eligible shipping locations across India, regardless of package size, weight, or chosen payment method.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available. There are no additional hidden handling fees or surcharges for selecting COD. You pay the exact order total plus the ₹50 flat shipping fee to the courier agent upon delivery.

3. How to Track Your Order

Once your order has been packed and handed over to our delivery network, you will receive an automated email confirmation containing a unique Tracking ID / Air Waybill (AWB) number.

You can track your package using either of these methods:

1. On Our Website: Visit our "Track Your Order" page on uniqship.com and enter your tracking code or order number.
2. On the Carrier's Website: Use the official tracking portal of our shipping partner (specified in your shipping email) and enter your tracking number for real-time updates.

4. Important Delivery Terms

• Business Days: Our delivery timelines run Monday through Saturday. Shipments do not advance on Sundays or national/regional holidays.
• Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address, pincode, and contact number are accurate at checkout. We cannot redirect packages once handed over to our delivery partners.
